Job summary

Boardroom Salon is hiring in Scottsdale, AZ for an hourly customer service role. The position focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences, booking appointments, and handling calls efficiently within a fast-paced salon environment.

Starting pay is $16/hour with monthly bonus opportunities. Benefits begin after 60 days and include health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, 401K with match, PTO, holidays, wellness perks, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• A positive, and uplifting attitude is a must.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively
• Managing inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Utilize our POS system accurately to check in and out clients, collect payments, document client information, manage appointments, and manage memberships
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions
