Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
• A positive, uplifting attitude is a must.
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure every guest feels welcomed and valued.
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively.
• Managing inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner; use the POS system to check in/out clients, collect payments, document information, manage memberships.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
