Job Responsibilities

• Train, mentor, coach, and develop team members
• Ensure every staff member has a passion for service and that they provide an exceptional client experience consistently
• Manage the addition of new team members and the process in which that takes, recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training
• Drive salon performance by educating staff on how to promote our products, memberships, and services
• Develop and implement team incentives and initiatives in membership and product sales

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Management experience
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to pay attention to detail and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication abilities verbally, over the phone, and in messaging
• Act with integrity, passion, and in the best interest of Boardroom
• Be a model of our core values
• Ability to deliver, take, and apply feedback
• Must be able to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
• Being a licensed cosmetologist or barber is a plus, but is not a requirement
