Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure everyone who walks through our door feels welcomed and valued.
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar effectively.
• Manage inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize the POS system to check in/out clients, collect payments, document client information, manage appointments and memberships.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services and promotions.
