Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Book appointments and manage the salon’s calendar.

• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Utilize the POS system to check in/out clients, process payments, and manage memberships.
• Assist with marketing and sales by educating clients on products, services, and promotions.
