Elikashvili & Kulick Dental Associa in New York seeks a friendly receptionist/concierge to be the first contact for guests. You will greet clients, book appointments, answer calls, and support team with daily front-desk tasks in a fast-paced setting.

The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication and computer skills, and the ability to multitask while delivering warm customer service. Prior front-desk experience is preferred with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software
• Excellent multi-tasking skills
