Job summary

Penzone Salon + Spa in Dublin, OH is seeking a friendly Front Desk Receptionist + Barista to greet guests, check them in/out, and support the team with beverage service. You will craft coffee and mocktails, manage appointments, handle transactions, and keep the reception area welcoming and organized.

Ideal candidates enjoy a fast-paced environment, excel in customer service, and can stand for long periods. Prior hospitality or retail experience is a plus; a positive, fashion-forward vibe helps

Qualifications

21+ year old candidates preferred.
Ability to lift 20 lbs.
Must be able to walk, stand, squat, and bend.
Customer service or serving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Guest engagement providing attentive, fun, upbeat atmosphere catered to the unique experience
Prepare + serve a variety of beverages (elevated coffee, signature cocktails, wine, mock tails)
Cash handling + balancing of drawers
Check in + check out guests for their services, products, etc.
Promptly assess guests needs and proactively provides solutions
Daily opening and closing duties
Assists with salon cleanliness—dusting, stocking, loading and unloading dishwasher
Maintain accordance with company standards, state health board and alcohol service requirements
