Job summary

Qualifications

• 21 years old preferred.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Must be able to walk, stand, squat, and bend.
• Customer service or serving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guest engagement: providing an attentive, fun, upbeat atmosphere catered to the unique experience.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages: Elevated coffee experience and limited cocktails for team members 21+ years old.
• Cash handling and balancing of drawers.
• Check in and check out guests for their services, products, etc.
• Promptly assess guests' needs and proactively provide solutions.
• Daily opening and closing duties.
• Assist with salon cleanliness – dusting, stocking, loading and unloading dishwasher.
• Maintain accordance with company standards, state health board and alcohol service requirements.
