Job summary

Charles Penzone, Inc. is looking for friendly front desk team members who welcome guests, check them in and out, and help create a positive salon and spa experience. You will stock shelves, assist with beverages, and ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, can lift up to 20 lbs, and can work 25+ hours weekly with both part-time and full-time availability. Health and beauty product discounts are part of the perks.

Qualifications

• Customer service or serving experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs.
• Stand/walk for majority of shifts.
• 21+ year old candidates preferred.
• Availability of 25+ hours per week, part time and full time positions.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out for services.
• Stock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee and limited alcohol.
• Handle cash and balance drawers.
• Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to health standards.
• Open and close the salon as required.
