Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with a positive, upbeat atmosphere.
• Prepare and serve beverages including coffee, drinks, and mocktails.
• Handle cash and balance drawers accurately.
• Check guests in and out for services and products.
• Proactively identify guest needs and provide solutions.
• Perform daily opening and closing duties.
• Assist with salon cleanliness and restocking as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and alcohol service policies.
