Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director to lead a team and deliver the Sun Tan City Experience for clients. You will supervise staffing, training, scheduling, and performance, while ensuring client satisfaction, safety, and salon cleanliness.

The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and adherence to company principles, with opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced environment and a focus on delivering exceptional service.

Qualificações

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and planning skills.
• Team-building abilities and mentorship experience.
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Developing and coaching employees to provide amazing client experiences.
• Following up swiftly on client concerns and issues.
• Maintaining a calm demeanor during high volume periods.
• Ensuring client-first attitude and accountability for service quality.
• Driving metrics by developing action plans and guiding the team.
• Modeling integrity and promoting company culture and values.
• Delegating responsibilities to ensure smooth operations flow.
• Overseeing cleanliness, maintenance, sanitation, and salon organization.
• Managing staffing levels to meet development and operational needs.
• Ensuring wage/hour compliance for non-exempt staff and minors.
• Using reports to identify trends and improve performance.
• Conducting performance assessments and providing feedback.
• Managing ongoing sales and customer experience.
• Working a 5-day, 40-hour week with rotating shifts.
