Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to achieve salon goals.
• Maintain a positive, fun, professional salon environment for employees and clients.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.
• Show customers to rooms and train them on tanning equipment.
