Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is seeking energetic team members in Redlands, CA to join our salon. The role focuses on meeting sales goals daily, training salon consultants, and maintaining a positive, professional atmosphere for customers and staff.

You will educate customers on tanning practices and retail items, keep the salon clean, handle openings/closings, and manage daily paperwork and goal tracking. Training and development are provided to support success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Hire and train Salon Consultants to help achieve salon goals
• Maintain a positive, fun, and professional salon environment for your employees and clients
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and teach them how to use the tanning equipment when they have questions or are first time users.
• Attending Off Sight Sales And Job Trainings
