Job summary

West Coast Tanning, Inc. is hiring for an entry-level sales role at our Fontana, CA location. You will engage customers, drive sales, and participate in a team-focused, energetic environment.

We offer comprehensive training, weekly contests, and a benefits package including health and vision insurance. Starting pay is $18 per hour with a commission-based structure and monthly bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Stand for long periods and daily walking.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assist with daily store manager admin work.
• Assist with training new hire sales associates.
• Enforce policies and sales expectations with team members.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and products.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Open/close the business and manage daily paperwork.
• Guide customers to rooms and show how to use tanning equipment.
