Qualifications

• 1+ year of leadership or management experience.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in beauty, wellness, retail, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong, positive, solution‑oriented mindset.
