Sun Tan City in Lebanon, TN is seeking motivated leaders to join our management team as Salon Director in Training. You will drive store performance, foster superior client service, and supervise Tanning Consultants to meet goals while leading by example.

This full-time role requires strong customer service, retail management experience, and the ability to coach a team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll guide staffing, schedules, and daily operations with a focus on profitability.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Team building and delegation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example and create a client-centric experience.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports and assist with inventory and revenue.
• Help manage staffing levels to maximize productivity and service.
• Work nights and weekends; 5-day workweek (35–45 hours).
