Sun Tan City is seeking a Salon Director in Training to drive store performance, deliver exceptional client service, and lead tanning consultants to meet productivity goals. You will supervise daily operations and role-model high standards to ensure a top-tier client experience.

Experience in management or sales is required, with comfort using Word, Excel, and Outlook. The role requires nights/weekends and a 5-day workweek, with potential for advancement in a supportive, energetic team

Qualificações

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Beauty Industry and/or Customer Service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of client service techniques and operational practices.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Strong leadership with the ability to coach and mentor.
• Team building and delegation abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in creating a client-centric experience and meeting personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establish clear goals for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with other Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain proper staffing levels to ensure productivity and service while controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights & weekends.
• Ability to work a 5-day workweek with approximately 35 to 45 hours per week depending on hourly or salary status.
