Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking a Salon Director/Store Manager to lead our Missouri location. You will drive sales, recruit and train a team of Beauty Consultants, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a busy salon environment.

The role requires strong leadership, sales ability, and a commitment to training and growth. Full-time position with a focus on results, scheduling flexibility, and career advancement within the Palm Beach Tan brand.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Leadership/management experience helpful.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Assisting with Hiring and Training your team of Beauty Consultants.
• Assisting with ongoing team training.
• Customer consultations regarding skin care, tanning, and beauty products.
• Ensuring that all company policies and procedures are met.
• Maintaining a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Track goals and performance metrics.
