Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Salon Manager to lead salon operations and drive success with a focus on profitability and guest satisfaction. You will coach and mentor staff, manage scheduling, and ensure excellent hair services across the team to deliver top-quality experiences.

You will hire, train, and support staff, handle conflicts professionally, and maintain a positive work environment while meeting the franchisee’s standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Tech savvy and able to perform administrative tasks.
• Must be available to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions, including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage all salon operations and provide leadership and tools for success.
• Help staff increase their clientele and the business; focus on profitability of the salon.
• Provide all hair care services offered by Hair Masters and ensure the highest quality for each guest.
• Act as a coach and mentor to bring out the best in salon employees and maintain a positive work environment.
• Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints with professionalism.
