Palm Beach Tan in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking outgoing tanning consultants to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. This entry-level role thrives in a commission-driven environment and requires energetic, positive individuals who can help clients achieve their tanning goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean salon, assisting customers, and educating them on tanning guidelines while following all company and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours).
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educates customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensures company and legal requirements are met.
