Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing tanning consultants to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced salon environment.

Ideal candidates are highly motivated to achieve sales goals with a commission-driven environment; training is provided, and employees enjoy flexible school schedules and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assists customers in a professional, upbeat manner and educates on the Golden Rules of Tanning and compliance with company requirements.
