Palm Beach Tan in Saint Joseph, MO, is seeking outgoing beauty consultants to accurately represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. This role emphasizes sales through generous commissions, a team-oriented environment, and ongoing training with opportunities for advancement and flexible school schedules.

Responsibilities include maintaining salon cleanliness, setting up tanning rooms for the next client, assisting customers, and ensuring compliance with the Golden Rules of

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day).
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning and wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
