Palm Beach Tan in La Vista, NE is seeking outgoing beauty consultants to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates are highly motivated to achieve sales goals in a commission-driven environment.

We offer training, a welcoming team, and flexible schedules, plus generous commissions and employee discounts on skincare products. No prior experience required; we provide entry-level sales training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills are required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning and wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements.
