Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is hiring outgoing tanning consultants to represent the brand and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.

Entry-level sales and comprehensive training are provided, along with flexible scheduling, employee membership benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Able to stand, bend, walk for 7+ hours per day.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness
• Sanitizing equipment after each use
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning & wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met
