Palm Beach Tan is seeking outgoing, energetic beauty consultants to represent our brand and provide outstanding customer service in a store setting. This entry-level role emphasizes sales goals in a commission-driven environment with ongoing training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication is required.
• Attention to detail is essential.
• Must be able to stand and walk for 7+ hours per day.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains salon cleanliness.
• Sanitizing equipment after each use.
• Mopping, dusting, laundry, sanitizing tanning and wellness equipment, floors, bathrooms.
• Setting up tanning rooms for next customer according to Palm Beach Tan standards.
• Assisting customers as needed in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Ensures customers are educated on the Golden Rules of Tanning and that all company and legal requirements are met.
