Regis Corporation’s Supercuts brand is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure top-tier customer service. You will support recruitment, training, and development of stylists, while delivering the full range of hair care services with a focus on guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes leadership, exceptional service, and staff development in a fast-paced, friendly salon environment with ongoing training and a clear path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional guest service, understanding the guest needs and providing quality consultations.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as schedules and transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties.
• Ability to resolve guest issues and lead a team, creating a positive work environment and guiding on business and technical matters.
