Supercuts is seeking a Salon Manager to lead all aspects of a salon's operations, provide leadership to staff, and help grow the business by increasing clientele and profitability.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service and quality consultations.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as scheduling and transactions on the computerized register.
• Ability to lead and develop a team and resolve associate issues.
• Ability to resolve guest issues.
