Sun Tan City is hiring an Assistant Salon Director to oversee daily salon operations, drive sales, and mentor Tanning Consultants. You will lead by example in delivering exceptional client experiences and ensuring operational excellence across the store.

The role requires strong leadership, sales experience, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced setting. Flexible hours, potential bonuses, and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple situations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily operations of the salon in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in client-centric service and meet personal sales expectations.
• Maintain a professional and impeccably clean salon environment.
• Establishes clear goals and objectives for Team Members.
• Provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports, maintain inventory, and assist with Salon Director functions.
• Assist the Salon Director in controlling top-line revenue and expenses.
• Maintain staffing levels for productivity and service while controlling labor costs.
• Ability to work nights, Saturdays and Sundays as required.
• Reliable transportation to bank as needed.
• Work five days per week, 40–45 hours depending on status.
