Adore Nails Beaute is seeking a polished receptionist to be the face of our luxury salon. The role includes greeting clients, managing bookings, and supporting daily operations to ensure an elevated experience.

Must be 21+ to serve alcohol; evening and weekend availability required. Pay starts at $18/hour with tips, plus employee discounts and paid training. In-person, on-site role in Denver, CO.

We are currently looking for a polished, organized, and welcoming receptionist to join our growing team and be the face of our brand.

Summary:

The salon receptionist position is a multi-task position that supports our salon objectives and provides our clients and staff with excellent service. The duties of the salon receptionist include but are not limited; scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, high level multi-tasking, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet every client with warmth and professionalism
• Manage bookings, walk-ins, and appointment flow efficiently
• Answer calls, texts, and online inquiries promptly
• Support technicians to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing front area
• Assist with laundry, stocking, and light cleaning duties
• Promote services, upgrades, and retail products naturally
• Ensure every guest feels valued and taken care of
• Help maintain the calm, luxury atmosphere of the salon

Qualifications & Requirements:

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills

Must be able to communicate in English; read, write & speak. Other languages preferred.

Must be available evenings, weekends, and peak hours

Current Shifts Available:

Sundays 10:00AM-5:30PM, Mondays: 11:30AM - 6:30pm, Wednesday 11:30AM - 6:30PM

Additional Skills & Requirements:

• Communication skills are utilized extensively when interacting with clients, team members, and third parties; must demonstrate the ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively
• Mathematical skills, including basic calculations, percentages, and an understanding of pricing and service totals, are used regularly
• Problem-solving, reasoning, organizational, and multitasking abilities are required to support daily salon operations
• Ability to stay motivated, maintain a positive attitude, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
• Must be able to learn and retain knowledge of salon services, products, and protocols

Job Type: Part-time/Full Time

MUST BE 21 years old to serve alcohol beverages.
