Job summary

Sonic Automotive's Momentum Volkswagen is seeking an Automotive Sales Associate to help customers explore vehicle options, explain features, and deliver a positive buying experience.

You will generate appointments, assess client needs, demonstrate vehicles, and guide buyers through the process to finalizing a purchase with Finance. A fast-paced environment and high sales goals await.

Qualifications

• 2+ years automotive sales experience required.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals in a dealership.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage appointments from internet leads, referrals, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns.
• Assess customer needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
• Demonstrate features and benefits, conduct test drives.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory.
• Guide customers through sales process to vehicle selection and handoff to Finance/Managers.
• Follow up with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Use CRM tools to track interactions and opportunities.
• Collaborate with team to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Continue training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Summary:

Asan Automotive SalesAssociate, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their vehicle purchase, providing information about available models, and ensuring a positive buying experience.

Your enthusiasm for automobiles and excellent communication skills will contribute to the success of our sales department.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
• Utilize CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize sales strategies and customer satisfaction.
• Continuously update skills through training to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
