Job Description

Summary:

As a Automotive Salesperson, you will assist customers with vehicle purchases, provide information about models, and ensure a positive buying experience. Your enthusiasm for automobiles and excellent communication skills will contribute to our sales success.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist customers professionally to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicles.
2. Conduct test drives to showcase vehicle features and performance.
3. Stay informed about vehicle features, specifications, and pricing to provide accurate information.
4. Guide customers through the sales process, including financing options and trade-ins.
5. Negotiate and finalize sales agreements transparently and customer-friendly.
6. Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
7. Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
8. Collaborate with team members and departments for a seamless customer experience.
9. Participate in sales meetings and training to enhance skills and product knowledge.
10. Work towards individual and team sales targets.
11. Utilize effective sales techniques to maximize opportunities.
12. Maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
13. Demonstrate enthusiasm for automobiles and helping customers.

Compensation (Hourly / Commission):

The Salesperson position includes a base hourly wage of $19.00, with potential commission based on sales performance, which has no upper limit. Additional performance bonuses may also be offered.
