Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
• Build and maintain relationships with customers
• Follow up on leads, appointments, and customer inquiries
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives
• Maintain knowledge of current inventory and product features
• Utilize phone, text, email, and social media to connect with customers
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process

• Must be able to use a computer, tablet, phone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and management.

Compensation

$36,000 - $120,000+ per year
