What is a Salesperson?

An entry-level sales position supporting the DIY business, with responsibilities including store system knowledge, basic automotive and parts knowledge, sourcing from various suppliers, and inventory management. Fleet safety certification is preferred. The role can be part-time or full-time.

Primary Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in-store and via phone
• Meet personal and store sales goals
• Perform DIY services such as battery installation, testing, and wiper replacements
• Maintain store standards and manage inventory processes

Secondary Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness
• Stock shelves and deliver parts as needed
