HIRING EXPERIENCED ROOFING SALESPERSON ONLY!

A&M Premier Roofing & Construction is currently seeking a full-time Roofing Salesperson. We offer competitive pay, with salespeople earning between $100k and $350k annually. Our top salesperson currently earns over $350k per year.

We prioritize supporting our sales force, ensuring quick project completion within a week and an average turnaround time of less than a month, which allows for faster commissions. We offer the highest commissions in the Raleigh market and surrounding areas.

Requirements
  • Must have experience selling roofing
  • Must submit a minimum of 5 jobs per month
  • Sales personnel are responsible for selling; jobs are managed by project managers
  • Train with a veteran sales representative to learn how to identify homes with storm damage potential
  • Set customer appointments for free roofing inspections
  • Obtain referrals from customers through approved sales and networking
  • Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system
  • Maintain communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff
  • Enter client data into the CRM system
  • Drive to inspections and adjuster appointments
  • Perform full roof inspections
  • Maintain a professional appearance
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Memorize and recite sales scripts provided by the employer
  • Gather contact information for follow-up
  • Confidently answer questions and handle objections
  • Meet daily and weekly client information quotas
