Job summary

PLS Logistics Services in Pittsburgh is hiring Sales Representatives to help ship freight nationwide, with training and ongoing support from a team of logistics professionals.

You will cold call, develop client portfolios, negotiate pricing, and serve as the trusted advisor to customers, coordinating with Logistics Coordinators to move opportunities forward. The role includes a $1,000 signing bonus and unlimited PTO, with a starting salary of around $47,000.

• Liaise with Logistics Coordinators to help shoulder your load and allow you to bring in more business
• Seek out promotional opportunities to move up the ranks
• Maintain a strong understanding of the industry, including rates, capacities, and carriers.
