Job summary

Honda of El Cajon is hiring for a Lot Attendant in El Cajon, CA. This entry-level position offers training and a path for advancement within the dealership.

You will assist with vehicle storage, inspection, and delivery duties, while maintaining a clean and organized work area and presenting a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• One to three months of related experience or training is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Compare serial numbers of incoming vehicles against invoices.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and verify the presence of accessories listed on the invoice.
• Document any damage or missing items on delivery receipts.
• Park and organize new vehicles in designated areas.
• Assign stock control numbers to incoming inventory.
• Deliver sold vehicles to the new-vehicle preparation department.
• Perform routine storage maintenance to protect tires, batteries, and vehicle finishes.
• Follow all dealership quality control procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Present a professional appearance and provide excellent customer service.
