Job summary

Kia of Des Moines is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our thriving dealership. You will help customers choose the right vehicle and guide them through the buying process, focusing on service and satisfaction.

This commission-based role rewards top performers; we offer benefits including paid vacation after 1 year, PTO after 6 months, health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) match, and opportunities to participate in company events and on-site activities.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving record.
