Job summary

Capgemini Government Solutions seeks a Salesforce BA Configurator with UX/UI to lead the design of intuitive, accessible Salesforce solutions for federal clients. You will gather requirements, conduct user research, create flows and prototypes, and design experiences across Experience Cloud and Lightning components.

Role requires 3+ years of Salesforce UX/UI design, Salesforce UX Designer certification, and a strong focus on accessibility and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.
• Salesforce UX Designer certification.
• 3+ years of Salesforce UX/UI design experience.
• Experience designing enterprise apps with user-centered design.
• Hands-on experience with Experience Cloud, Flow Screens and Lightning Components.
• Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma/Adobe XD.
• User research, usability testing, and translating findings into design improvements.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Experience implementing SLDS and USWDS.
• Experience supporting Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business, user, and design requirements with stakeholders and end users.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, interaction specifications, and prototypes.
• Design user experiences across Salesforce Experience Cloud, Flow Screens, and Lightning Components.
• Utilize SLDS and USWDS to create consistent, accessible interfaces.
• Develop and maintain UX/UI standards, reusable design patterns, and component libraries.
• Ensure solutions meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and product teams to balance user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
• Support implementation teams to ensure delivered solutions align with approved designs and user expectations.
