Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a Salesforce BA Configurator with UX/UI to lead the design of intuitive, accessible Salesforce solutions for federal clients. You will ensure user-centered outcomes and mission-focused experiences.

You will gather requirements, perform user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and collaborate with architects, developers and product teams to balance user needs with business and technical constraints.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for Government security clearance.
• Salesforce Certified User Experience Designer certification.
• 3+ years of Salesforce UX/UI design experience.
• Experience designing enterprise applications using user-centered design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Flow Screens and Lightning Components.
• Proficiency in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing and translating findings into design improvements.
• Strong knowledge of interaction design, information architecture, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience implementing SLDS and USWDS; awareness of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA.

The successful candidate will lead the design of intuitive, accessible, and user-centered Salesforce solutions that improve mission outcomes and user experiences.

Job Responsibilities

As a Salesforce BA Configurator with UX/UI, you will:

• Gather and analyze business, user, and design requirements with stakeholders and end users.

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience supporting Federal Government programs.
• Human-Centered Design (HCD), UX, accessibility, or related certifications.
• Experience establishing design systems and UX governance standards.
• Experience supporting Salesforce modernization or digital transformation initiatives.
