Job summary

Stealth Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce UI/UX Designer to join our federal delivery practice.

You will design human-centered, accessible experiences across internal Salesforce applications (Lightning Experience, custom Lightning Web Components) and external-facing Digital Experience sites for federal agency clients, translating requirements into intuitive designs from wireframes through high-fidelity, developer-ready mockups.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship with security clearance as required by contract.
3+ years UI/UX design, Salesforce Platform (Lightning Experience & Experience Cloud).
Strong portfolio for enterprise/government apps.
Proficiency with design tools (Figma required; Adobe XD/Sketch a plus).
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and USWDS; accessibility standards WCAG 2.1/2.2.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end experiences for internal Salesforce apps and Experience Cloud sites.
Create wireframes, flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity prototypes (Figma).
Apply SLDS to ensure consistency across components and pages.
Apply USWDS patterns to public-facing sites meeting federal standards.
Ensure designs meet Section 508 and WCAG AA; collaborate with QA testers.
Conduct user research and translate findings into personas and design iterations.
Facilitate design reviews with federal stakeholders and drive consensus.
Partner with admins, developers, and solution architects to ensure feasibility.
Maintain and evolve a design system and documentation for handoff.
Stay current on Salesforce releases and USWDS/508 guidance.
