Job summary

Fitch is seeking a Salesforce Support Triage Specialist in New York to elevate BRM effectiveness through expert intake, quick diagnosis, and clear escalation with strong customer service. You will partner with Salesforce Admins, QA, and stakeholders to reduce delays and improve satisfaction.

This role offers hands-on use of Salesforce, Jira, and AI-assisted tools within a collaborative Revenue Enablement team.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organization; excellent stakeholder-facing skills.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience preferred.
• Proactive and investigative mindset with ability to diagnose issues quickly.

Responsibilities

• Frontline case intake and triage to capture, diagnose, and triage Salesforce issues for BRM.
• Rapid triage and escalation with clear reproduction steps and context; route bugs via Jira.
• Analyze case trends and propose improvements to streamline workflows.
• Create and maintain simple how-to guides, FAQs, and checklists for teams.
• Collaborate with Revenue Enablement, Salesforce Admins/Developers, QA on priorities and handoffs.
