Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead the design, deployment, and support of FSC, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud solutions. You will partner with product owners, architects, developers, QA, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions, ensuring security and governance across enterprise integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5-7+ years of Salesforce platform experience.
• Strong experience with Salesforce FSC, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Apex, Lightning Components/LWC, SOQL, APIs, and Salesforce architecture.
• Experience supporting large-scale Salesforce implementations in enterprise environments.
• Experience with offshore delivery teams and distributed models.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions (FSC, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud).
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements.
• Provide technical leadership for enhancements across contact center and servicing platforms.
• Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams to ensure quality and delivery of roadmaps.
• Support integrations with Enterprise APIs, MuleSoft, AWS services.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and production support.
• Support DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
