Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery (Studio+) to lead and deliver digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform. You will guide scope, timelines, costs and quality, directing technical and non-technical teams and ensuring alignment with client vision.

You will manage engagement delivery and economics across multiple workstreams, partner with client services, and drive growth within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (4-year degree).
• Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years of architecture experience aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Strong communication, presentation and client service skills; interest in enterprise processes with technology.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
• Provide leadership to managers across multiple engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementations.
• Manage client relationships, revenue and commercial aspects as needed.
• Travel as required by external clients.
