Job summary

IC is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to lead the CRM migration from a legacy system to Salesforce. You will bridge sales, retention, partner, compliance and support teams with developers and QA, turning real-world processes into clear user stories and designs.

Expect workshops, process mapping, data modeling and test planning to ensure successful UAT and adoption. You should have 5+ years as a Salesforce BA, certifications, and strong experience with data models, security and multi-region

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
• Experience on a CRM migration or system transformation project.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce data model and core clouds.
• Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant certifications.
• Experience with user stories, acceptance criteria and process flows.

Responsibilities

• Run workshops and interviews to map current and future state processes.
• Write clear user stories with acceptance criteria and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product Owner, Salesforce team, devs and QA.
• Define data models, rules and access with Salesforce team.
• Plan data migration, field mapping and data quality rules.
• Maintain process docs, user guides and training materials.
• Define success metrics and track post-release performance.
• Design AI-assisted test cases and check outputs before use.
• Identify opportunities for automation to reduce manual work.
