Job summary

SRA Group in the Bay Area is seeking a Salesforce Tester (Case Management) to validate Salesforce applications and business processes. You will test Case Management functionality, create and execute test plans, and verify integrations and user stories across teams.

This role requires 5+ years of Salesforce testing experience, strong Service Cloud knowledge, and experience with manual or automated testing within Agile/Scrum.
