Job summary

ListEngage, LLC is seeking a Salesforce Enterprise Solutions Architect to design and oversee multi-cloud Salesforce architectures in a dynamic, client-facing role. The candidate will lead architecture efforts, craft scalable blueprints, and drive PoCs while collaborating with US and international teams.

You will engage stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure project delivery with strong emphasis on data architecture, integrations, and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of client-facing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Deep understanding of Apex, LWC, API integration patterns, OAuth, data modeling, and Salesforce security.
• Ability to create PoCs quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Experience with integration platforms (Mulesoft, AWS) and DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit).
• Certified Application Architect / System Architect.

About the Role:

The Salesforce Technical Solutions Architect will be responsible for working in a multi-channel, cross cloud Salesforce environment and needs to have a strong overall background in data architecture, integrations, consulting skills and multiple years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce products.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Education & Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years experience of relevant, client‑facing experience


• Strong, hands‑on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.


• Deep understanding of Apex, LWC, API integration patterns, OAuth, data modeling, and Salesforce security.


• Ability to create PoCs quickly and effectively.


• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.


• Experience with Mulesoft, AWS, or other integration platforms.


• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit).


• Certified Application Architect / System Architect.

Preferred Experience:

Enterprise environments such as banking and financial services.
