Job summary

AspenView Technology Partners is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build and extend custom functionality on enterprise Salesforce orgs. You will write Apex and Lightning Web Components, design integrations, and maintain test coverage and release hygiene within a delivery squad.

The role emphasizes configuration-over-code decisions, collaboration with admins, analysts, and an architect, and active engagement in design reviews with North American stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building on the Salesforce Platform, including production releases in an Agile delivery team.
• Apex: asynchronous patterns, bulkification, governor limits, large data volumes.
• Lightning Web Components, LWC UI with Salesforce UI API.
• SOQL/SOSL with selective query design on large objects.
• Flow and Flow Orchestration as first-choice tools.
• Salesforce CLI, sfdx, scratch orgs, and package-based development.
• REST, SOAP, Platform Events and middleware integration.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification; II preferred.
• Security: sharing, FLS, CRUD enforcement in Apex.
• Git-based branching and static analysis (PMD/CodeScan).
• Professional English for requirement/design conversations with NA stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build Apex triggers, batch, queueable and scheduled classes against a documented trigger framework.
• Develop Lightning Web Components, extend Aura/Visualforce where needed.
• Choose configuration over code where Flow or metadata can help and justify decisions.
• Build and consume REST and SOAP services with Named Credentials and External Services.
• Implement event-driven integration with Platform Events, CDC and Pub/Sub API.
• Write meaningful Apex tests with real assertions and CI-ready coverage.
• Work with Salesforce CLI, scratch orgs, and unlocked/Package-based development.
• Deploy through CI using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions or DevOps Center.
• Review peers’ code and participate in constructive reviews.
• Collaborate with architect on design decisions and translate requirements into technical designs.
