Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions with a focus on Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Provide hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, and integrations.
Partner with business stakeholders and Product Owners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Mentor Salesforce developers and provide technical leadership across project teams.
Support architecture discussions, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and solution reviews.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive continuous platform improvements.
