Information Security Responsibilities

• Promote awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use, malware protection, and password security protocols.
• Identify, assess, and report security risks impacting confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (GDPR, CCPA) in data storage, processing, and transmission.
• Implement data protection measures throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive data.

Role and Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and specialists.
• Technical Oversight: Provide guidance in Salesforce architecture, design, and implementation.
• CPQ Implementation: Lead design, customization, and implementation of CPQ solutions within Salesforce.
• Project Management: Oversee Salesforce projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
• Customization & Development: Customize and develop Salesforce solutions based on business needs.
• Integration: Collaborate to integrate Salesforce with other systems.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure coding standards and best practices are followed.
• Troubleshooting & Support: Provide support and resolve issues related to Salesforce.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate strategies and project statuses effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience with Salesforce platform, including implementation, customization, and administration.
• Strong leadership and experience managing technical teams, especially in CPQ projects.
• Proficiency in Salesforce technologies: Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, APIs.
• Knowledge of integration tools and methodologies (REST, SOAP, Middleware).
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Information Security and Data Privacy

• Protect sensitive information per GDPR guidelines and report vulnerabilities promptly.
• Ensure data processed is based on lawful bases such as consent or contractual necessity.
• Adhere to GDPR and ISMS standards to prioritize privacy at all levels.
