• Conduct health checks and org assessments to provide recommendations on design, scalability, and performance.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on sales, service,and Health Clouds
• Drive architectural governance and best practices
• Perform POCs, build complex Apex/LWC solutions , and manage integration with external systems.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to map requirements to Salesforce functionality.
• CRM experience, with deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud.
• Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in data modeling, governance limits and process reengineering.

Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Platform Development.Experience: 8-10 Years.The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
